PAHSA and Ingleside are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy event for attendees as well as residents and staff of Ingleside. The hotel and Ingleside will prepare and set up meeting space according to CDC guidelines for group gatherings. Hand sanitizer will be available anytime we gather.
For our part, we have developed the following health and safety protocols in accordance with CDC guidelines. These protocols may be updated prior to our event to reflect the evolving impact of the omicron or other variants. Conference attendees will be required to comply with the following: ~ To complete and confirm registration, all participants will attest that they are fully vaccinated and agree to present a vaccination card at the conference check-in. ~ Participants are required to wear a face covering at all times, while inside Ingleside Rock Creek and The Mayflower Hotel conference room and public areas, except when actively eating or drinking, or while making a scheduled presentation and directly addressing the audience. We suggest bringing your own N95 or KN95 mask. PAHSA will have disposable masks available on-site for those who need one. ~ All participants will be required to present a vaccination card before gaining entrance into the conference venues, including Ingleside Rock Creek. This complies with vaccination requirements of all staff and volunteers of our host and the hospitality venues of Washington DC. It also protects the health of those who live and work at Ingleside and all who are attending the conference.
