Rodney D. Bullard is the CEO of The Same House, a public benefit corporation, dedicated to furthering economic mobility by bridging social division. Rodney previously founded and led Global Corporate Social Responsibility at Chick-fil-A, inc. and served as executive director of the Chick-fil-A Foundation. Rodney previously served in the US Air Force, NASA, and the Department of Justice. He is an alumnus of the Air Force Academy, Duke Law, the University of Georgia's Terry School of Business and the Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program. He is author of the book “Heroes Wanted: Why the world needs you to live your heart out.”

Karen Lehman is CEO of MHS Association, a non-profit, faith-based, membership organization connecting Anabaptist-related health and human services providers. Karen brings faith-informed expertise in organizational repositioning; building or re-building senior teams and developing strategic vision for the future. She has successfully worked with boards of directors and senior leadership teams to cast a new vision for the future. Prior to her current position, Karen led the work with MHS consulting and has served as interim CEO of Porter Hills senior living (now part of Brio Living Services), and as CEO at the Community at Rockhill in Sellersville, Pennsylvania. |

Flourishing leaders vivid and practical followers of Christ who are oriented in hope, guided by a sense of calling and seek the best for others. In this interactive session, we will explore what it takes to lead like Caleb in a season of change, and reflect on how we can lead with heart, mind and spirit.
Dr. Meryl Herr is the owner of The GoodWorks Group LLC, a consulting firm specializing in educational program planning and evaluation. She previously served as director of research and resources at Fuller Seminary’s Max De Pree Center for Leadership, where she conducted research and created resources to help Christian marketplace leaders integrate their faith with their work. Meryl brings her knowledge and expertise in theology, education and research methods. Her doctoral research at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School focused on the role of imagining the future in vocational discipleship. Her book “When Work Hurts,” was released in March 2025.

In this presentation, Dr. Sundermeier will invite participants to reimagine how authentic communities and organizations are built and sustained. Drawing deeply from the transformative work of Peter Block, Dr. Sundermeier explores five essential conversations—possibility, ownership, dissent, commitment, and gifts—that empower individuals, communities, and organizations to move beyond problem-solving and into co-creating a future grounded in belonging, mutual responsibility, and hope.
Tony has served as Senior Pastor of First Presbyterian Church since August 2014. He is known for his relevant and theologically rich and relevant preaching, his advocacy for those experiencing homelessness and the working poor and his innovative leadership for congregational renewal in the 21st Century. As a past board chair and member of Presbyterian Homes of Georgia, he is knowledgeable of and dedicated to ministry to older adults. A native Philadelphian, Tony attended Eastern University graduating with a B.A. in Theology and Youth Ministry (1997). He earned his M.Div. from Princeton Theological Seminary and his doctorate from Missio Seminary in Philadelphia. He has served congregations in Pennsylvania and held an internship at the American Protestant Church in Bern, Germany. Tony currently serves on the boards of Princeton Theological Seminary and Eastern University.

Jamie Spencer is Chief Financial Officer and ChiefGrowth Officer at Ingleside. Based in Rockville, Maryland, Ingleside owns and operates three LifePlan Communities in the Washington DC metropolitan market. Jamie has deep senior living industry experience and has worked closely with boards and committees to advance non-profit missions through strategic planning and execution. Jamie has an MBA and holds an active CPA license.
